Marc Fratello, CEO

Marc joined SOE Software in 2002 as the next step in a long, successful entrepreneurial career. He is recognized among the business leaders in Western Florida, having held leadership positions Mobil Oil, Sperry Univac, and PowerCerv. He is particularly proud of his success at PowerCerv, where he guided the company through a NASDAQ IPO which raised over $50,000,000. Among his career highlights are:

  • Inc Magazine Florida Entrepreneur of the Year, 1996
  • Master of Business Administration, Wharton, 1991


Bruce Bennett, Chief Operating Officer

Bruce has more than 20 years of experience providing solutions to both government and private sector clients. Bruce has successfully guided several innovative technology companies from venture funded startups though acquisition. Most recently he was the
VP of eLearning for Sales Force Systems, a 20 year old global training company who's client list includes; General Dynamics, Raytheon, Harris Information Systems, IBM, AT&T, MCI, and Motorola. Bruce’s career highlights include:

  • Vast experience in all facets of training delivery, media presentation, broadcast and large project management

Mark Schneider , Chief Technology Officer

Mark co-founded SOE Software Corporation in 2002 to help elections offices modernize operations. Mark has been working with the elections sector since 1997. He brings over 15 years of experience in technology development and has led technology divisions of several companies from their inception through their IPO and/or acquisitions. Mark's career includes these highlights:

  • CTO of Varsity Books (VSTY), 1998-2001
  • CTO of eLearning company training over 14,000 media sales people worldwide including Cox Enterprises, Media General, Bonneville International Corporation, Austereo Limited, and Corus Radio
  • Attorney and C.P.A.

 

Chris Peifer, VP for Business Development

Chris has focused on strategic planning and marketing for technology companies since 1997. His diverse strategy experience includes work conducted for U.S. Office Products, Medical Manager/WebMD, and iLIANT Corporation.

His career highlights include:

  • Grew Health Care startup from Business Plan to $55,000,000 business
